Hertha legend 'Zecke' Neuendorf tells us how he thinks the lads will do! This time: SC Paderborn at home!
Berlin - 'Zecke', a Hertha player for 15 years gives us his view on opponents ahead of each Bundesliga matchday.
"Finally football again! Paderborn are the visitors to the Olympic stadium on late sunday afternoon (05.04.15, 5.30 pm), and I think they are a decent side. SCP tripeed up a few sides before the winter break - including ourselves, although I don't believe we played to our true potential on that day. We are on a four game unbeaten run, showing exactly what is needed in a relegation battle. This time we will approach the game differently.
We will certainly need to be patient. I believe I speak for everyone when I say that a positive result for us is all that counts. Playing pretty football only to lose is no use to us. We need ponts, points and more points. We must not do one thing though: Underestimate Paderborn. They are too dangerous for that, expecially after winning just one of their last 16 matches. After their creditable draw against Hoffenheim they are very keen to win in Berlin.
So: Make sure you all turn up at the Olympic stadium on easter Sunday, especially now that the game against Paderborn is the toughest. I don't want to speak of three points, but we must at least no0t lose the game. We are assured of the wonderful support of our amazing fans. I believe everyone understands that we need every single point to stay in the Bundesliga. HaHoHe Hertha BSC!"
