Hertha legend 'Zecke' Neuendorf tells us how he thinks the lads will do! This time: Bayern Munich away!
Berlin - 'Zecke', a Hertha player for 15 years gives us his view on opponents ahead of each Bundesliga matchday.
"Bayern Munich are our next opponents. The treble winners thrashed FC Porto 6-1 in midweek to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League where they have drawn Barcelona. I don't think that we will be giving it loads ahead of this game, but we are on a seven game unbeaten run so we travel to Munich with confidence. We made life tough for them in the first game in Berlin earlier in the season.
But with Bayern being in the form they are, keeping the game open for as long as possible would be insane. Games against them are always special. We are in good shape ourselves and the game has not been called the top encounter of matchday 30 for nothing. We have taken some pressure off ourselves through recent results which have got us to where we are right now.
Our goal is not to lose and to do that we need a few things: Willingness to run for each other, a strong will and strong tackling. We must not make mistakes, be 100% focused and have luck on our side. Let's go! Ha Ho He, Hertha BSC!"
