Hip strain for Brooks

Hip strain for Brooks

John Anthony Brooks is sitting out for the time being after picking up a hip strain.

The 1-0 win at home to VfL Wolfsburg was certainly an important one. However the three points were overshadowed by John Anthony Brooks’ injury as he strained his hip. This was announced after scans the American had on Monday (24/04/17). As a result, the centre-back will be out for the time being, meaning that Pál Dárdai will have to do without the defender when his team take on in-form side Werder Bremen on Saturday (29/04/17).
