Another injury

Yet more bad news: Marvin Plattenhardt will be unavailable until further notice because of a thigh strain.

Berlin- The injury list just keeps growing. After John Brooks suffered a hip strain in Saturday’s win over Wolfsburg, it is now the turn of Marvin Plattenhardt to be sidelined. The left back has a thigh strain and has joined an ever-increasing list of Hertha players to require a lay off because of injury. Pal Dardai must already do without Julian Schieber, Niklas Stark, Valentin Stocker, Sinan Kurt, Fabian Lustenberger and Mitchell Weiser for the closing stages of the season. Although the last three have all began training individually already, they will not be a factor for Saturday’s match with Werder Bremen.
