Selke injured

Davie Selke will not be available to Hertha BSC over the next few weeks, due to the striker having injured his foot. 

Berlin – Pal Dardai won’t be able to call upon the services of Davie Selke in the coming weeks. The striker injured his foot in training on Monday, and an examination on Thursday (27/07) revealed that the new Hertha signing will have to take a break for some time. “It’s certainly a shame for us, but most of all it’s a shame for Davie. He’s joined us full of energy and wanted to give 100%. Unfortunately, he now has to wait a few weeks, but I’m convinced that he’ll stay positive and help us as soon as he’s back on the pitch,” commented manager Dardai on the injury of the U21 European Championship winner.
