Marko Grujić ruled out for the rest of 2018

The midfielder picked up an injury in training on Tuesday and won’t be available for Hertha’s three remaining matches before the winter break.

Hertha BSC have been hit with some bad news: Marko Grujić has been ruled out of action until the winter break. The Serbian suffered an ankle ligament injury on Tuesday afternoon and won’t return until the new year.

 So far this season, loanee Grujić has made seven Bundesliga appearances and Hertha haven’t lost a match this season when the Serbian has featured. The 22 year-old also scored his first Blue-Whites goal on Saturday to secure a home victory against Eintracht Frankfurt.
