Klinsmann on Facebook Live: “We want to establish continuity!”

On Monday afternoon, Hertha BSC head coach Jürgen Klinsmann took to Facebook Live for the second time, speaking amongst other things about the win against SC Freiburg and the last two games of the calendar year.

Everyone can see that talking to the fans is incredibly important to Jürgen Klinsmann after every public training session. The Hertha BSC head coach always takes time for photos and autographs with spectators. But it’s not just face to face that Klinsmann is able to chat with supporters: on Monday afternoon the football legend spoke with fans over Facebook live for the second time.

The main theme of the talks was of course the recent win against SC Freiburg, but the two remaining games in the Hinrunde were also topics up for discussion – matches against Leverkusen and Gladbach. “We’re trying to create a framework to establish some continuity and every player is on board with it, which is very important. We’re working incredibly hard on tactics this week and we’re all looking forward to trying to get some points in Leverkusen,” explained Klinsmann, who highlighted the importance of the support from every single Hertha fan. “You fans helped us so much against SC Freiburg, and thanks to you we managed to get the win! We’re incredibly thankful for all your backing and hope that you’ll continue to support us in the future.”
