Charity live stream with Elias Nerlich

Together with LVL, the new eSports hub in Berlin, the Hertha BSC eSports academy has organised a charity live stream on Wednesday 08.04.20.

Esports star Elias 'EliasN97' Nerlich will be streaming live on his YouTube channel from the new esports venue LVL – in the heart of Berlin at Checkpoint Charlie – for the first time on Wednesday (08.04.20, 12:00-16:00 CEST) to raise money for charity. The 2,500 squared metre venue has an event stage, gaming area, training room and productions studio. A separate playing area in the entrance hall has been set up for Elias’s stream. The venue’s official opening will take place once the coronavirus crisis has passed.

Hertha BSC will use the funds raised to support care workers in Berlin. Together with EDEKA, Hertha BSC esports academy partner, care packages will be put together and delivered to hospital employees. The club already started delivering such packages on Monday (06.04.20), with employees and managing directors Ingo Schiller and Paul Keuter taking part. Through this campaign, the club hopes to ease a slight burden on those who are giving their all each day to help us fight the coronavirus battle.
