Head coach Bruno Labbadia and Michael Preetz faced the media during today’s press conference and spoke about the upcoming challenge in Leipzig and lessons learned from past games against the Bulls.

The same is true ahead of the Old Lady’s away game against RB Leipzig on Saturday (24.10.2020, 15:30 CEST). “We need to have a really good game, as well as enthusiasm and focus,” said head coach Bruno Labbadia, who is expecting to face off against a “top team” in Saxony. “We want and need to be more consistent.”
Micheal Preetz remembers Hertha’s efforts to earn a draw in Leipzig last season. “It was a strong performance from us in May, and we’ve displayed some strong, focused performances on the road this season already,” he said. The sporting director is convinced that the Blue-Whites will be able to take something from the Champions League participants. “We need to play as a unit, be compact and attack with confidence,” said Preetz.
