Fan support
Our fan support is there for all supporters. We are your contacts for all topics that concern you blue and white fans. We look after fan clubs, are on site on match days and are there for you. We travel away with you and provide information about fan trips. We organise events and exchange opportunities, answer your questions and discuss fan policy issues with you.
At the same time, we represent the views and safety issues of our club management externally and in various working groups. We liaise with you in various committees and work together with OFC fan representatives and network partners.
The basis for our work is our Code of Ethics (currently only available in German), which we have developed together with fans. We see ourselves as a link between all those involved with our club and work well and respectfully with all interest groups.

Member support
Our member support is responsible for all matters relating to your membership at Hertha BSC. We take care of your membership application, issue your certificate, print your ID card, send it to you and are delighted that you are becoming part of the Hertha family. It's your birthday, your membership reaches a milestone anniversary or you're getting older and are moving into a new membership category? We don't just take care of the administration, but also give you a little something to make you feel that our Old Lady is thinking of you!
The heart of your membership and our association is the general meeting. According to our statutes, this is the highest body at Hertha BSC. Together with our colleagues from various other departments, we ensure that this event is well prepared, that you receive your invitations in good time, that you receive your documents on site and that you can therefore exercise your right of co-determination.
