Safety in the stadium
Discrimination of any kind continues to be an issue not only in our society but also in football. This includes racism, sexism and homophobia. To counteract discriminatory and abusive behavior on match days, the awareness concept 'Wo ist Lotte? (meaning Where is Lotte?)' has been offering support to those affected since the 2022/23 season.
Volunteer helpers provide assistance around the stadium on match days. You can recognize them by their distinctive pink vests with the 'Wo ist Lotte?' logo lettering. If you need help, find yourself in an exceptional situation or simply don’t feel comfortable, ‚Wo ist Lotte?' offers a safe space within the stadium where those affected can also access psychosocial emergency care. Should individuals require further support after the match day, 'Wo ist Lotte?' can also connect them with trained partner organizations that provide professional care beyond the initial aid.
On match days, you can approach any staff member in and around the stadium and say the phrase ‚Wo ist Lotte?‘. They will then contact the Lotte team and you will be escorted to the safe space room where you can receive support and protection.
If you want to contact the ‚Wo ist Lotte?‘ team yourself on the matchday whenever you’re feeling in need, you can either come to the safe space room in section O or call/text the number: +49 172 320456 via SMS or WhatsApp.

Since we are aware that reporting harassament or discrimination of any kind isn’t simple sometimes, you can always reach the Lotte team after the match day as well.
