Based on the feedback we have received over the last years, we created the new HerthaID for you, with one login for everything. With this new login, you can sign in to all of our platforms. No matter if it’s the online fan or ticket shop, HerthaTV or our newsletter; you will now only have to memorise one login to access them all. This also allows us to offer you improved customer service.
We have addressed some of the most frequently asked questions about the HerthaID below – read on to learn more.
The HerthaID is your personal login for all the Hertha BSC online platforms. This includes the online ticket and fan shop, as well as HerthaTV. The login details are made up of your e-mail address and password.
Previously, Hertha fans required a different login to access both the online ticket and fan shops. This has now been simplified: since 24th August 2021, the new HerthaID provides one centralised login for all our Hertha platforms. Now, you don’t need to memorise several different passwords and usernames, and can log in easily and conveniently with your HerthaID. In order to begin using your HerthaID, you must first register your details.
These new functions are just the start. We are continuously working to expand on Hertha BSC’s online offerings, in order to make accessing them as easy and intuitive as possible.
You can set up your HerthaID via the online fan shop, online ticket shop and HerthaTV. The link to register can be found in the top right of each of these web pages.
Upon successfully completing and submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation link sent to the e-mail you have entered. Click this link in order to activate your HerthaID.
For security purposes, the link will be valid for 24 hours after you have submitted your registration form.
You can log in using your HerthaID on our online fan shop, online ticket shop and HerthaTV. The login button can be found in the top right of each of these web pages.
In order to log in using your HerthaID, you will need the e-mail address you used to register, as well as your password.
In order to continue to access the benefits of your club membership, season tickets or OFC membership, you will need to enter your respective number under the ‘Hertha IDs’ tab when registering your HerthaID.
Please note that you must enter your current number in order to continue to access these benefits.
If you forgot to fill out this section while registering your HerthaID, or made a mistake in entering the data, please contact our fan service in order for us to assist you: email@example.com.
Your date of birth can be entered under the ‘Personal Data’ section when registering your HerthaID.
Please use an updated browser such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari while registering, and follow the DD.MM.YYYY format (Day/Month/Year).
Once you have successfully completed and submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation link sent to the e-mail you have entered. Click on this link to activate your HerthaID.
If you do not receive a confirmation link in your inbox, then please check your Spam/Junk folders. If it is not in there, then please get in touch with our fan service so that we may assist you: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have forgotten your HerthaID password, then you can simply click on ‘Forgot password’ in order to change it.
For security purposes, you will have 24 hours to access the link to reset your HerthaID password.

If you want to edit the information you entered upon registering your HerthaID, please get in touch with our fan service.
Please include your first and last name, your date of birth and the e-mail address you used to register your HerthaID when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
The HerthaID is only for adults. Legal guardians are able to set up a HerthaID for their children in the fan profile.
