Anton Kade to leave Hertha BSC

Hertha BSC can announce that Anton Kade is leaving the club. The 18-year-old forward will join Swiss Super League side FC Basel. “We regret to announce that Anton Kade has decided to take a new path and will leave Hertha BSC after many years at the club, in order to gain some experience outside of Berlin. We wish him all the best for the future,” said sporting director Fredi Bobic.

The attacker joined Hertha at the age of eight and worked his way through the ranks at the club. Kade made his Bundesliga debut last season and made a total of four appearances across the campaign. He also had a successful campaign with the U19s and reached the 2021/22 Under 19 Bundesliga final.
