Tim Kauermann, born on April 10, 1985, studied Business and Management with a focus on finance in Boston and London. After concentrating on real estate project development, he now runs his family office and is active as an investor. The long-standing member has already held various positions within our club. From June 2022 to August 2023, the entrepreneur served as an ordinary member of the Association’s Executive Board, before subsequently spearheading the financial consolidation of our “Old Lady” as Head of Restructuring through December 2023. In April 2026, Kauermann ultimately returned to Hertha BSC as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Niklas Rotter, born on May 19, 1993 in Berlin, attended his first home match at the Olympiastadion in May 2001. Since then, the Berlin native has been closely connected to our club: he has been a member for more than two decades, has held a season ticket since 2008, and is actively involved in the Förderkreis Ostkurve as well as the wider fan scene. Professionally, the trained businessman, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business start-up and succession, works as managing partner of a family-owned company. In April 2026, the members elected him Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Andreas Schmidt was born on 14th September 1973 in Berlin and is a pillar of the club. A part of the promotion-winning team in 1997, Schmidt made 490 appearances as a Hertha player and has been a member of the supervisory board since joining in 2010.

Rebecca Zenner, born on September 2, 1982, has many years of management experience in corporate environments as well as in the sports business. She is especially connected to football and has been involved in voluntary work with the Berlin Football Association (BFV) for several years. Since 2024, the managing director - who has previously collaborated successfully with our club - has been a member of the association. In April 2026, she earned the trust of the Blue-Whites when she was elected to the Supervisory Board.
